Case No.1

  • Patient Name : Suranjan Barua
  • Patient Age : 30 years
  • Patient Description : Hindu male
Symptoms
  1. Redness of the eye
  2. Lacrimation
  3. Gritty foreign body sensation
  4. List adherent in the morning due to sticky discharge
  5. Conjunctival vessels acutely congested and more marked in the fornices
  6. Bulbar conjunctiva lost its normal translucency
  7. Discharge- thick mucous
Treatment
  1. Advised to avoid light and to wear black glass
  2. Normal saline washing 3 times a day
  3. Jiwadaya Netraprabha had been used 3 times a day
Results

On the 3rd day of the treatment

  1. Redness – disappeared
  2. Foreign body sensation, photophobia, lacrimation – subsided

The patient had been advised to use “Jiwadaya Netraprabha” for 4 more days.

Case No.2

  • Patient Name : Md. Kasem Ali
  • Patient Age : 26 years
  • Patient Description : Muslim male
Symptoms
  1. Itching and feeling heaviness in right eye
  2. Gritting foreign body sensation
  3. Redness and Lacrimation
  4. Lids oedematous and congested
Treatment
  1. Advised to avoid light and to wear black glass
  2. Normal saline washing 3 times a day
  3. Jiwadaya Netraprabha had been used 3 times a day
Results

On the 2nd day – itching and redness subsided to some extent. On the 4th day – all symptoms subsided.

The patient had been advised to use “Netraprabha” for 3 days more in both eyes

Case No.3

  • Patient Name : Bithika Bose
  • Patient Age : 20 years
  • Patient Description : Hindu female
Symptoms
  1. Headache
  2. Lacrimation
  3. Fever – 100.00 F
  4. Foreign body sensation in both eyes
  5. Redness of the eyes
  6. List adherent in the morning due to sticky discharge
  7. Discharge- thick mucous
  8. Conjunctival vessels highly congested and the bulbar conjunctiva lost its normal translucency
Treatment
  1. Avoid light
  2. For Headache – A.P.C. Pulv.
  3. To check the secondary infection – Elkosine
  4. Normal saline washing 3 times a day
  5. Jiwadaya Netraprabha had been used 3 times a day
Results

On the 3rd day

  1. Temperature and other constitutional disturbances – Absent
  2. Congestion – disappeared
  3. Foreign body sensation and Discharge – subsided

The patient had been advised to continue this drug for 4 days more. No side reaction had been revealed due to the application of “Jiwadaya Netraprabha”

Case No.4

  • Patient Name : Bela Dutta
  • Patient Age : 18 years
  • Patient Description : Hindu female
Symptoms
  1. Extreme redness of the eyes
  2. Photophobia
  3. Lacrymation
  4. Itching and feeling heaviness in the eyes
  5. Lid oedematous and congested
Treatment
  1. Jiwadaya Netraprabha had been used 3 times a day
Results

On the 2nd day – itching subsided. On the 4th day – all symptoms disappeared.
